- SMS message content you send or receive in a conversation thread
- Opt-out preferences (for example, when you reply STOP)
From clinic staff using our platform
- Account and contact information for authorized clinic users
- Activity logs related to lead management and messaging
From our website
- Basic analytics and server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
- Information you voluntarily submit via email or contact forms
2. How we use information

- Deliver missed-call follow-up SMS and related patient communications on behalf of participating clinics

We do not sell personal information. We do not use missed-call recovery data for unrelated marketing campaigns.
3. SMS program disclosures
If you receive a text after calling a participating clinic, that message is part of our transactional missed-call recovery program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

4. How clinics use your information
Participating clinics are independent businesses. When you contact a clinic through our platform, the clinic may use your information according to its own policies and applicable healthcare privacy rules. Clinics are responsible for their use of patient information in their practice.
5. Service providers
We use trusted third-party providers to deliver our service, including telecommunications carriers (such as Twilio) and cloud hosting providers. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations appropriate to the services they perform.
6. Data retention
We retain call and message records as needed to provide the service, support clinic operations, resolve disputes, and meet legal and compliance requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and clinic agreement.
7. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, and webhook signature validation for telephony integrations.
8. Your choices

9. Children
Our services are intended for clinic business operations and patient communications. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through our website.
